I work with Dr. Demro
and her patients as a treatment coordinator. I
have worked in orthodontics since 1976 and with Dr. Demro
since 1990. I enjoy helping patients understand their
treatment findings and recommendations and believe an informed
patient is empowered to achieve the best treatment result. Ask
questions, I am here to help you in any way that I can! |

Appointment Coordinator - Deb
I have worked with Dr. Demro
since 2002 as her appointment coordinator. While my
focus is to meet the scheduling needs of our patients, what
I really enjoy is getting to know our patients and their
families! It’s
fun to watch not only the changes that take place with their
new smiles, but also the changes we often see in a patient’s
confidence and self esteem. |

Communications Coordinator - Esta
I have been employed by Dr.
Judith Demro since 1998 as communications coordinator. I
believe communication between doctors, patients and parents
is very important. The satisfaction and gratitude I
hear after answering their questions is why I enjoy working
for Dr. Demro. |

Financial Coordinator - Connie
I have worked for
Dr. Demro since 2003. I enjoy the great variety of
tasks of my position and strive to be flexible with families
and their financial arrangements. |

Laboratory Technician - Denise
I have worked in orthodontics
since 1973, working with Dr. Demro since 1990. My job
entails fabrication of all retainers and final design of
study models for each case. I enjoy the dental environment,
especially seeing the final result and the smile on a patient’s
face when the “braces” are removed. |

Dental Assistant - Stacy
I have been a dental assistant
with Dr. Demro’s
orthodontic practice since 1992.
