T-Shirt Reward Program

All patients that are currently in active or starting treatment will be given a t-shirt.

Reward Criteria
1. Patient wears t-shirt to appointment.
2, Patient has good oral hygiene.

Bonus Entry
Patient has no broken brackets/appliances.

Drawings will be held monthly!

Poor oral hygiene will forfeit entry.
