We are very pleased to let you know about a new service available from Demro Orthodontics: VP WebAccess. This service now gives you web-based access to our practice 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are confident that VP WebAccess will provide a new level of convenience and accessibility for you and all our patients. There is no charge for this service. Your access to our VP WebAccess site is customized and secure; no other patients will have access to your information.

To set up VP WebAccess the first time:

1. Go to http://www.vpwebaccess.com/Customer/JudithDemro.asp and click on the Click Here for Patient Information link.
2. Click on New User Registration.
3. Enter your e-mail address. Note: It is very important that you enter your correct e-mail address.
4. Enter this access password: R11631088. (This access password should be used for this first-time access only.)
5. Your unique user password will be sent to the e-mail address you just provided.

To use VP WebAccess:

1. Go to http://www.vpwebaccess.com/Customer/JudithDemro.asp and click on the Click Here for Patient Information link.
2. Enter you e-mail address and the password that was e-mailed to you.

Through VP WebAccess you can view information regarding your contract and treatment with our office. Use it to

• Check account balance, amount due, payment history
• Check date, time, procedure for your next appointment
• View appointment and correspondence histories
• Send messages

You may easily change your e-mail address and/or VP Access password at any time; just click Change E-mail and Password. Our young patients can also get their own passwords for access to appointment information and fun games!
